Service scope
OfferPSP provides B2B research, qualification, matching and introduction support between merchants and independent service providers. OfferPSP charges for its own services and does not receive, hold, transfer or settle money belonging to merchants, providers or their customers.
No guarantee of onboarding
Any shortlist or introduction is informational and does not guarantee provider interest, merchant approval, pricing, technical compatibility or account availability. Each provider independently determines its due-diligence requirements, risk appetite and commercial terms.
Your submissions
You agree to provide accurate business information and to submit a request only on behalf of a legitimate business. You must not use the website to transmit unlawful, misleading, abusive or confidential third-party information without authority.
Provider relationships
Payment services are supplied under separate agreements between the merchant and the provider. OfferPSP is not responsible for a provider’s underwriting decision, service availability, performance, settlement, compliance obligations or contractual terms.
Website availability
We aim to keep the website and intake service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary.
